Any cancellation must be notified to the owner.
Cancellation before the start of the stay
If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded to the customer.
If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the entire deposit will be withheld from the owner.
If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, without notifying the owner, this contract becomes automatically void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.
